These provisions describe the service standards that apply when customers use our store.

30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions and a free return shipping label. We pay the return shipping cost and do not charge a restocking fee.

Order problems

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with the order details. We pay the return cost and provide the legally available replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Condition and exceptions

Return items with included parts and, when practical, the original packaging. Custom or personalized products, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exceptions never restrict remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete goods.

Cancellation and refund timing

You may request cancellation before an order ships. After shipment, this return policy applies. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval; a financial institution may require extra posting time.
